Black screen, won't start, fully charged

Tablet won't start. Is there an external reset button that I don't know about? I don't want to do a factory reset and lose everything... the soft reset hasn't worked.

You could try to force the device to start by pressing and holding the power button for at least 10 seconds.

Even if the device was charged, you can try to charge the device overnight and perform the forced start again.
