Sim not reading then reads no phone calls

Can't call . recive text some times sending I have to wait for sim to read. the phone reads sim one min the next nothing. I have tried both sim1 and sim2.  SSame problem. I put sim in different phone it works.  I have H2O sim.

    Hi Matt, has the device been set up in a used condition or reset to factory settings before use?

    How is the network reception?

    It was supposed to be new and I even factory reset phone . Reception is great for a second then it goes dead. I downloaded a Google app to do a live settings of the reception and it would go two excellent then it would show no sim and go back to zero then it would show a Sim and the meeting would go back up like the radio was turning off and on I tried it and Sim slot to it stayed on in the powerband for the radio but it would disconnect and I was not able to make phone calls at all but I can receive and send text messages I sent a request from H2O company for the settings I downloaded them but it still does the same thing and factory reset comes up in Chinese also I stuck in a SIM from AT&t prepaid and had no issues calling or texting just with the H2O

    Hello, Matt.

    Please check the frequency/band for 2G, 3G, 4G of your provider and compare it with your smartphone, it may be that your smartphone can't transmit on some frequencies and therefore it only works sometimes.
