No longer can sign in at one of my works open wifi

My work has a few diff types of wifi secured open. We have an open wifi for our event arena I have always been able to connect to you select it under networks then it would take you to a sign in page of our sponser then you type name email Addy  then zip code click the 2 check boxes then hit the connect then you were online .well now when I select  the network it takes me to sign in page yet there is no longer the picture of our sponser in the background now there's a little box in center of page where sponser image should be then when I go to the boxes to fill in my info it lets me select the box and brings up the keypad then keypad shows that I am selecting the letters for my info yet nothing is typed in the required fields . I totally type in all info like the letters typed are invisible even select the 2 check boxes then click the connect tab and it just refreshes the sign in page . All started when I got a new tablet and was setting it up at work going thru it's settings and Google and must have screwed up a setting and since devices are synced it affected my phnoe to  can you help please thanks
