messages blocklist option disappeared

Hey, I am using meizu M6 for 2 years. There was an option of "blocking messages from unknown numbers" but now it has disappeared. In order to take this option in my set back, I have done factory data reset many times. After resetting, that option comes for almost 3-4 hours then again disappeared. What should I do?
