the phone will not start after making a longish noise when taking a photo

Maybe your phone is not really off, so please try pressing the power button for 15 seconds. This will force the phone to shut down by any means. After, try to turn it on again. If that's not working, you could try to start the Uhans in the recovery mode, this will delete all your data that is stored on your intern storage, so if you do this, be aware that you are losing all numbers, pictures, videos and everything else you saved on the phone instead of your SD card. If that is not working too, your phone is beyond repair, sadly.
