cant log in

I transferred a sim from my old phone to  my new ulefone. It worked at first but then was syncing (with what ?). Now I cant log in.  I get to log onto the phone but after boot it wont let me enter the code to use it

    Dear markd,

    if there is no possibility for you to get over that login screen, you might need to start the recovery mode and  wipe the cache. We explained how this works in this Guide: How to start and use the recovery mode

    If this does not work, you may could wipe the device using the factory reset, this will delete all personal data and sets the device back to how it came to you, you will just need your SIM PIN.

    Thanks Isabel, I have sent the phone back while that was still an option. If it comes back for any reason I will try what you suggest.
