My outgoing texts aren’t sending

Hi,

I can received text messages but cannot send them. However I can send and receive phone calls so it doesn’t appear to be a network or signal issue. I was just wondering what the issue may be and how I could go about fixing it?

    Hello lonelyhours!

    Have you already tried resetting the network settings?

    Please follow these steps:

    • open Settings
    • tap on system
    • tap on Advanced
    • tap on reset options
    • Choose Wi-Fi, mobile network & Bluetooth
    • tap on Reset preferences/settings
