Google play not updating or downloading apps

Good morning team ulefone,I have a power 3s phone,I can't download or update my apps on Googe play,why this is happening I can't tell,I have tried to force stop play store app on my phone,tried to clear my data and cache data but all to no avail, please what do I have to do to get my play store working properly,thank you as I await your kind response and possible solution to this constant problem on my phone.
