Sim card tray removal/ scratched screen

Hello

How do I get the Sim card slot on back of phone out?

Just pull with fingernail?

should I be careful?

Also the screen protector cracked before I could get it put on

Do you recommend a better one?

And it has lots of scratches from carrying it in my bag without the protector now

is there a way to get scratches out?

Hello Izaz, to remove the SIM card you have to push the holder upwards to unlock it, then you can easily pull out the card with your fingernail.

Concerning the scratches on the display: There are polishes for them. They can remove fine scratches, but they won't get out big scratches. Google "Displex".
