Ulefone U007 start up problem

Hi, I have a Ulefone U007 I haven't used it for some time ! connected the charging cable...shows that it is charging, but after a while shows only the Elefone logo and I cannot power up or anything !
Disconnected the battery...reconnect but same thing :-(
Do you have any tips ?
