Device locked asking Privacy Protection Password

My phone went locked when I removed SIM card. Even I putt back the SIM, I can't unlock the phone. I lost the codes sent to my another phone because I needed to use factory reset in that phone. Is there any way to unlock the phone? In Find my device app I still see Thor E phone but I only can erase my data and lock it for good.

    Hi Minion, Unfortunately there is no way to reset any passwords or PINs.

    Is the privacy password prompted after the factory reset?

    No, it wasn't after factory reset. I just removed SIM to insert it into another new phone. Instant the Vernee went Locked - needing Privacy protection password which I forgot it, even I did activate it. I inserted back the SIM but it didn't help.

    Then unfortunately only a factory reset via recovery mode helps, because you can not bypass the password entry.
