Vernee Thor E won't start

Hi everyone.

My Vernee Thor E, bought around 2 years ago, turned off by itself today after the battery depleted completly. So I plugged it in for charging with the original charger. After around an hour of charging, when I tried to start up the phone, it simply lit up the screen's light but didn't display anything, and the phone doesn't start. The screen's light doesn't turns off either, and pushing the power button for several seconds does nothing. Same with pushing it with the volume + button. The screen is still lit all this time and its been hours now. This is a Vernee Thor E so I can't remove the battery. Should I wait until the battery is depleted, or should I try charging the phone again? Thanks for your help.

    Hello blues07!

    If you have the patience, you could let the device charge once overnight.

    Otherwise, the system may have a fault or even the battery may be defective.

    Hi

    The phone ended up discharging completly, and when I plugged it in for charging again, it powered up like normal after a while.
