Good morning Sir/Ma, please I'm Enoch by name from Nigeria,  i have been trying to reach out your website but it's not available at all, and i would love to ask for your assistance on my VERNEE MIX 2 phone i bought on the 9th of October year 2020 on www.aliexpress.com, to be very sincere with you the device has being working smooth without lagging and it's a good product for it's price,  please the issue I'm having with my phone is that i downloaded a malware App unknowingly as this got my phone stocked and unuseable so i had to quickly do flashing with my phone STOCK ROM FLASHING FILE for my phone just not to render it useless with SP FLASHTOOLS and ever since then i have had the issue of IMEI LOST and can't be able to use my cellphone to call and do some other stuffs, please i don't know how you can help me with it, because i just don't want to render my device useless.

    I think I have to mention here that we are not a retailer nor a manufacturer.
    We are just a community looking for solutions to problems with Android phones.

    I am sorry to tell you that we do not recommend nor support flashing a phone, as some users are not really aware of what they are doing.

    After downloading malware you should have just reset the phone.

    i couldn't be able to use to that the phone Get Stocked without no key working including the Power button key
