Data not working

Hello Nhessy. Was an access point successfully set up so that the mobile data can be used at all?

1. Open the Settings
2. Tap on SIM cards & mobile networks
3. Choose a SIM card (only Dual-SIM)
4. Tap on Access Point Names

Is there an APN of your mobile provider?
