    Yes, but nowhere is there an option to turn on receiving premium sms messages.

    MIUI has brought some issues with premium SMS in the past, so I would ask you to check the following steps and if you can enable an app for premium SMS:

    Hi,

    I've tried this before but it tells me that no installed app has requested access to premium SMS.
