Can you please explain how the SIM card automatically restarts?
Will it redial into the network again? Then I would guess reception problems.

After sometimes the network in both sim slot gone automatically and few moments later ita come back..and its happening so many time

Have you ever tried changing the network mode as a test? it is possible that the device keeps dialing into a "weak" 4G network, but has to switch to 3G because of poor reception.
