How to mute incoming call by flipping the phone

Hi,
How can I mute incoming call by flipping the phone on Redmi Note 9s. I was able to do on other devices but its not working on Redmi 9s.

It is different which sensors are used for this.
Some phones use the proximity sensor, others the gyro/accelerometer for specific features.
Unfortunately I don't know which sensor your device uses for this function.
But if the function is not available, you are probably right.
