Block Unknown Numbers auf Huawei
Withheld or private numbers reach your Huawei phone because the call blocking feature only filters numbers you add manually by default. Anonymous callers are not covered unless you turn on a separate rule for private numbers.
This setting lives inside the built-in call blocking rules of the Phone app, not in a separate security app. Turning it on blocks every call that arrives without a visible number, including some legitimate services that mask their caller ID on purpose.
Where to find the setting
Open Phone app ➔ Open the menu ➔ Tap on Blocked ➔ Tap on Call block rules ➔ Tap on Block private/withheld numbers.
Once enabled, incoming calls without a displayed number get rejected automatically. They usually land in the blocked call log instead of ringing your phone.
If you still expect calls from services that hide their number on purpose, such as some banks or delivery services, leave this rule off and block specific numbers individually instead.
