Huawei: View a Contact's Call Log

The Phone app on Huawei devices logs every call you make, receive, or miss into one continuous list. That works fine for a quick overview, but it makes it hard to answer a simple question: how many times have you actually talked to one person recently?

Instead of scrolling through the full history, you can open a contact-specific log directly from any entry tied to that person. Start with Open the Phone app ➔ Tap on the info icon next to any call from that contact. This opens a detail view listing only the calls exchanged with them, sorted by date and time.

From the same detail screen, you also get the option If desired, clear the call log for that contact alone. This removes their entries from your call history without touching records from anyone else.

This method works for missed, incoming, and outgoing calls alike, since they all appear together once you open the contact's detail view. If you are trying to clean up your entire call history instead of one contact, use the general clear option in the main call log rather than this contact-specific view.
