Enable or Disable the Dedicated Emoji Key auf Huawei
On Huawei phones running EMUI, the SwiftKey keyboard hides its emoji shortcut inside the typing options rather than showing it by default. Turning it on adds a small emoji icon next to the space bar, so you can open the emoji panel with one tap instead of switching keyboards or long-pressing another key.
To activate it, go to Open the settings ➔ Tap on System & updates ➔ Tap on language & input ➔ Tap on SwiftKey Keyboard ➔ Tap on Typing ➔ Tap on Keys ➔ Activate or deactivate Dedicated emoji key.
Enabling this option slightly narrows the space bar to fit the new key. If you rarely use emojis or prefer more space for typing long messages, leave it off or switch it back afterward using the same path.
This setting only affects the SwiftKey keyboard app. If you use a different keyboard app on your Huawei device, the emoji key option won't appear, since each keyboard manages its own layout and shortcuts.
