Add Emergency Information auf Huawei
Rescue teams lose valuable time if they cannot unlock a phone to check for allergies, blood type or emergency contacts. Huawei stores this data separately from your lock code in Security settings, so anyone can view it from the lock screen without unlocking the device.
Where to find the setting
Open Settings ➔ Security ➔ Emergency SOS ➔ Emergency information to add your details. From there you can enter your name, home address, medical conditions, allergies, current medication and emergency contacts.
This information appears on the lock screen only when someone taps the emergency call option, not during normal use. It does not replace calling emergency services directly, since operators still need your location and situation description.
Because the data is readable without a passcode, avoid adding anything beyond what first responders genuinely need. You can update or delete any field later through the same menu path.
