Huawei: Filter Your Call List by Missed Calls

When your call log on a Huawei phone fills up with dozens of entries, spotting the calls you actually missed gets tedious. The Phone app can switch between showing every call or only the missed ones, but that toggle is easy to overlook if you have never used it before.

Filter Call List by Missed Calls auf Huawei

The Huawei call log stores every dialed, received, and missed call in one continuous list. Once you have made or received dozens of calls, spotting the ones you actually missed means scrolling through the entire history line by line.

The Phone app on EMUI includes a built-in filter for exactly this situation. It sits directly above the call list and lets you switch the view without leaving the app or digging through settings.

To use it: Open the Phone appTap on All or Missed to filter the call list. Selecting All shows every logged call regardless of status. Selecting Missed hides everything else and leaves only the calls you did not answer.

This filter only changes what is displayed. It does not delete entries, clear notification badges, or affect call blocking rules elsewhere on the phone.

If missed calls are not showing up here at all, check whether call logging is disabled for a specific contact or whether the Phone app has restricted background permissions, since that stops call history from being recorded in the first place.
