Flash Notification Light: Enable or Disable auf Huawei
The flash notification light uses the rear camera flash to signal an incoming call, message or app alert. It helps when the phone is muted, face down, or lying out of sight, since sound and vibration alone might not get noticed.
On Huawei phones running EMUI, this option is grouped with the general notification controls rather than the display settings, which is why many people never find it. Not every Huawei model includes a flash strong enough or a chip that supports this function, so the option can be missing entirely on some devices.
Where to find it
Open the path Open the settings ➔ Tap on Notifications ➔ Tap on More notification settings ➔ Activate or deactivate Flash notification light. Toggle it on to activate the flash for incoming notifications, or off to keep the camera flash reserved for photos only.
Turning this on has no effect on ringtone or vibration settings, it only adds a visual layer on top. Keep in mind that repeated flashing does use a small amount of extra battery, mainly noticeable if you receive a high volume of notifications throughout the day.
