Turn Flashlight On or Off auf Huawei
The flashlight on a Huawei phone uses the same LED flash built into the rear camera module. EMUI gives it a dedicated toggle in the notification shade, so you do not need to open the camera app just to get light.
To turn it on or off, use this path:
Pull down the status bar ➔ Tap on the flashlight symbol to activate or deactivate the flashlight
The first swipe down opens the short notification panel. If the flashlight icon is not visible there, swipe down a second time to expand the full Quick Settings panel, where it always appears among the other toggles.
Tapping the icon once turns the LED on immediately, at full brightness, since Huawei does not offer intensity levels. Tapping it again switches it off. The toggle turns blue or highlighted when active, so you can see its state at a glance without unlocking the screen.
The flashlight will not turn on while the camera app is actively recording video or taking a photo, since the LED is being used for autofocus or flash instead. Closing the camera app first frees up the LED for use as a flashlight again.
