Send a File via Bluetooth auf Huawei
Sending a file via Bluetooth on a Huawei phone does not go through a separate Bluetooth app. It runs through the system Share sheet, which lists Bluetooth as one option among several once you select a file.
Before anything works, both devices need to have paired at least once. Pairing exchanges a security key between the phones, and without it, the receiving device either stays invisible in the list or rejects the connection outright.
To send a file, follow this path: Choose a file ➔ Tap on Share ➔ Tap on Bluetooth ➔ Choose an available device and follow the instructions on screen.
This example covers a single picture, but the same Share menu supports selecting several photos, videos, or documents at once before tapping Bluetooth. Larger files, especially videos, take noticeably longer and can time out if either device goes to sleep during the transfer.
If both phones are Huawei devices, Huawei Share usually moves files faster over Wi-Fi Direct instead of Bluetooth, so it is worth checking that option when transfer speed matters more than compatibility with non-Huawei devices.
Keeping both screens active and the phones close together avoids most dropped transfers.
