Speed Dial a Saved Contact auf Huawei
Speed dial on a Huawei phone works through the number keys on the dial pad, not through a separate settings menu. Each key from 2 to 9 can hold one saved contact, and holding that key down starts the call instantly.
To set it up, open Open the Phone app ➔ Tap and hold a speed dial number. A prompt appears asking which contact to link to that key. Pick the contact and, if the entry has multiple numbers, confirm which one gets the shortcut.
Dual SIM behavior
On phones running two active SIM cards, holding the speed dial key can trigger a small selection window first. It asks which SIM line should place the call before dialing starts. This only shows up if both SIM slots are active and set to allow outgoing calls.
If a speed dial key does nothing when held, the slot is likely empty or the contact linked to it was deleted. Reassigning the key through the same press-and-hold action fixes it right away.
Speed dial is tied to the device, not to a cloud account, so the assignments do not carry over automatically when switching to a new Huawei phone.
