Zoom In or Out in the Camera App auf Huawei
Pinch-to-zoom works in the Huawei Camera app, but it is not always accurate. Small finger movements can jump between zoom levels, which makes it hard to frame a subject exactly the way you want.
Huawei's Camera app also includes a vertical slider along the side of the preview screen. This slider gives you a more controlled way to zoom in small, steady increments instead of relying on a pinch gesture.
How the swipe slider works
Open the Camera app, then look for the zoom control on the edge of the viewfinder. Follow this path: Open the Camera app ➔ Swipe upwards to zoom in ➔ Swipe down to zoom out.
The slider responds to the length of your swipe, so a short swipe gives a small zoom change while a longer swipe moves further. This works in both photo and video mode.
When to use pinch instead
Pinch-to-zoom is faster for quick, large jumps in zoom level, for example switching between a wide shot and a tight close-up. The slider is better when you need to fine-tune framing before pressing the shutter, since digital zoom quality drops the further you zoom past the optical range.
