World clock entries on your OnePlus show more than just the local time - each city also carries a small temperature reading next to it. That number alone does not tell you much, and it is not obvious how to see the fuller weather picture for a specific city.
Adjust Display Scaling for Icons and Elements
If icons, buttons, and app elements feel cramped or oversized on your OnePlus, display scaling is usually the cause, not the font size. OxygenOS lets you shrink or enlarge on-screen elements independently from text, which changes how much content fits per screen. Get this wrong and menus can overflow or buttons become hard to tap.
Automatic Night Mode Schedule

Enable or Disable the Home Screen Assistant
Keep swiping right across your OnePlus home screens and you land on the Discover panel, packed with a Google feed, news topics and a search bar that reacts to Hey Google or typed input. If that panel opens by accident, eats battery in the background or just clutters your setup, the home screen assistant is the toggle behind it. Turning it off removes the whole panel, not just the search bar.
Screen Saver Content Settings
If your OnePlus screen saver only shows the default clock and you want your own photos or a color display instead, the option is hidden inside a separate content menu. Depending on whether you pick Clock, Colors or Photos, extra settings like Analog or Digital style, or Night mode, only show up once you have chosen the right content type first.
