Add a Contact Photo auf OnePlus
A contact without a photo only shows initials or a generic silhouette in the Contacts and Messages apps. That happens because no image has been assigned to the contact's profile field yet, either because it was added manually or imported without a linked picture.
Setting a photo fixes this everywhere the contact appears: the call screen, the messaging thread, and the contact list itself. It does not change any other detail like phone number or email, only the visual profile.
To add or change it, open Open the Contacts app ➔ Choose a contact ➔ Tap on Edit ➔ Tap on Photo ➔ Tap on Take photo or Choose photo ➔ Choose an album ➔ Choose a photo/picture ➔ Drag the borders to adjust the photo ➔ Tap on Confirm ➔ Tap on Save.
If the contact is synced with a Google account, the photo saved on your phone can sometimes be replaced during the next sync if the online contact entry already has a different picture attached. In that case, update the photo directly in your Google contacts to keep both in sync.
