Enable or Disable Smart Answer for Bluetooth auf OnePlus
Smart Answer for Bluetooth controls whether an incoming call connects automatically once your OnePlus phone is paired with a headset, earbuds, or a car system. Without it, every call still rings and waits for you to tap the answer button, even if your hands are busy driving or your phone is out of reach.
The setting lives inside the earphone mode options, separate from the general call settings menu. That is why many users search the wrong section and assume the feature does not exist on OxygenOS.
To change it, open Settings ➔ Sounds & vibration ➔ Earphone mode ➔ Enable or disable Smart Answer for Bluetooth.
Turning the option on makes sense for car Bluetooth systems and speakerphones where a fast connection matters more than screening the caller first. Leave it off if you prefer to check the caller ID before every call connects, especially on shared or public Bluetooth speakers.
If calls still are not answered automatically after enabling this, check that the connected accessory supports hands-free call profiles and that Bluetooth stays connected in the background.
