Block a Phone Number from the Call History auf OnePlus
Every entry in your OnePlus call history stays reachable even after you hang up, which means a spam number or unwanted caller can call you again right away. Blocking directly from the log skips the detour through your contacts list, since the number does not need to be saved first.
To block a number this way, open Open the Phone app ➔ Tap and hold an entry ➔ Tap on Block/report spam ➔ Confirm with Block. Once confirmed, that number is added to your blocked list system-wide, covering both calls and text messages.
When this is the right fix
This method works best for one-off spam calls or numbers you never intend to answer again. If you are dealing with repeated calls from a range of similar numbers, a call-blocking app with pattern detection handles that more reliably than blocking one entry at a time.
