Enable or Disable Bluetooth Tethering auf OnePlus
Bluetooth tethering shares the mobile data connection of your OnePlus phone with another device without a cable and without running a full Wi-Fi hotspot. It uses far less battery than a Wi-Fi hotspot because Bluetooth radios draw much less power, which makes it a good option when you only need to check email or sync a small amount of data on a laptop or tablet.
The setting lives next to the other connection-sharing options rather than in a dedicated menu. To turn it on or off, go to Open the Settings ➔ Tap on Wi-Fi & network ➔ Tap on Hotspot & tethering ➔ Enable or disable Bluetooth tethering.
Before the toggle does anything useful, the other device needs to be paired with your OnePlus phone over Bluetooth first. Once paired, it can request the connection, but throughput stays noticeably slower than USB tethering or a Wi-Fi hotspot, so large downloads or video streaming are better handled another way.
Turning the option off does not remove the Bluetooth pairing itself. It only stops that device from using your mobile data, so audio devices or other Bluetooth accessories keep working normally.
