Create Contact Group auf OnePlus
On a OnePlus phone, the Contacts app organizes people into labels instead of classic groups. This label system replaces the separate group menu found on other Android skins, so the option sits inside the app's overflow menu rather than a dedicated tab.
A label works like a folder. Once contacts are added to it, you can select the label and send one text or email to every member at once, instead of picking each recipient manually for family updates or work threads.
To create one, open Contacts app ➔ tap Open the menu ➔ select Create label ➔ enter a name and confirm with OK. The label appears right away, even before any contact is assigned to it.
Renaming a label later works the same way: open it from the menu and edit the name field. Deleting a label only removes the grouping, not the contacts themselves.
If you only reach one or two people regularly, a label adds unnecessary overhead. Set one up once a group grows past three or four members, or when you send the same message on a recurring basis.
