OnePlus: Delete a Single Entry from Call History

If you only want one call gone from your OnePlus call log, clearing the entire history is overkill and removes numbers you still need. A spam call, an accidental dial, or an old missed call can be removed on its own instead of wiping the whole list.

Delete a Single Call History Entry auf OnePlus

The Phone app on OnePlus keeps every call in one running list, and there is no visible trash icon sitting next to each entry. Removing a single line from that list works through a long-press action rather than a swipe or a button on the entry itself.

Open the Phone app and find the call you want to remove. Tap and hold that entry until a small pop-up menu appears, then tap Delete and confirm once more by tapping Delete again in the dialog.

Only the selected line disappears from the log. Every other call, missed call, or blocked number listed above and below it stays exactly where it was.

The saved contact behind the number is not affected by this action, since the call log entry and the contact entry are stored separately. If the goal is to clear the whole history instead of one line, use the bulk clear option in the call log menu rather than repeating this long-press step for every entry.

Frequently asked questions

No. Removing an entry only clears that line from the Phone app call log. The contact and its saved number stay in your address book.
