Rearrange Camera Modes auf OnePlus
On OnePlus phones, the camera app shows a swipe bar with modes like Photo, Video, Portrait or Night. This bar fills up quickly, especially after software updates that add new modes automatically.
A cluttered mode bar slows down everyday use. If you always shoot Video and Photo, but rarely touch Pro or Macro, scrolling past unused modes every time costs seconds that add up.
Where the camera mode order is managed
The setting lives inside the Camera app itself, not in the general system settings. Open the Camera app, then tap Open the Settings, followed by Tap on Custom modes.
Inside Custom modes, every available mode is listed. Tap Add, remove or hold a camera mode to rearrange it to toggle a mode on or off, or to grab it for reordering.
To change the position, Drag the camera mode to the desired position and then Release the camera mode to position it. The new order applies immediately in the main camera view.
This only changes the display order and visibility. It does not affect photo quality, saved settings inside a mode, or how a mode itself works.
If a mode is missing entirely rather than just misplaced, check for a pending camera app update before assuming it was removed permanently.
