Switch Between 12- and 24-Hour Time Format
If your Oppo phone shows the time in 24-hour format but you expect a 12-hour clock with AM and PM, that is the default ColorOS behavior, not a bug. Set Dark or Light Theme for the Contacts App
If the Contacts app on your Oppo still shows a bright white background while the rest of the system already runs in a dark scheme, calls and messages can feel harsh on the eyes at night. This happens because Contacts has its own theme setting, separate from the general display mode. Switching it manually also helps reduce battery drain on screens with an OLED panel.
Camera Quick Launch Gesture

Reset System Settings
