Turn Call Barring On or Off
If your Samsung phone keeps rejecting calls while roaming or blocks all outgoing calls without an obvious reason, Call barring is likely active in the background. This network-level restriction can lock out specific call types entirely, and changing it requires a network password from your carrier rather than your screen lock. Change SIM Card Name
