Check for Software Updates
If your Samsung phone still shows the old software version, the automatic background check may not have run yet. If your calls, messages or appointments never show up in a shared calendar, no event has actually been created yet. The Samsung Calendar app pulls in every account you are signed into, but each appointment still needs to be added manually with the right time, location and reminder.

If the sound for taking a screenshot or capturing a photo suddenly cannot be turned off on its own anymore, Samsung has likely bundled it into a shared system sound category. This means several alert tones now share one volume slider instead of separate toggles. Adjusting the level for this group affects every sound tied to it at once, not just one action.
