Create a New Calendar Event
If your calls, messages or appointments never show up in a shared calendar, no event has actually been created yet. The Samsung Calendar app pulls in every account you are signed into, but each appointment still needs to be added manually with the right time, location and reminder.
Send a Text Message (SMS/MMS)

Show Always On Display Always or on a Schedule
When Always On Display stays dark overnight or drains the battery non-stop, the culprit is usually the display mode hidden in the lock screen menu, not a hardware issue. Samsung lets you keep the clock and notifications on permanently or restrict them to set hours, and picking the wrong option either wastes battery or leaves you missing glances at your screen.
Set Time Manually
If your Samsung phone shows the wrong time even though it pulls it from the mobile network, a weak signal or a carrier sync issue is usually behind it. This throws off scheduled alarms, calendar entries and app timestamps until the automatic date and time source is disabled. Once that toggle is off, you can enter the correct time yourself.
Turn Notification Reminders On or Off
By default your Samsung phone only announces a new notification once, with a tone or vibration depending on the sound mode. If you tend to miss messages because you were busy or the screen was off, a single alert is not enough. Notification reminders let the device nudge you again at a set interval until you actually open the notification.
Enable or Disable Quick Launch Camera
If a double press of the power button keeps opening your camera at the wrong moment, or you want that shortcut back after it stopped working, the Quick launch camera option is behind it. This function reacts to the side key whether the screen is on or off, and it ships active on most Samsung phones. A few taps let you turn it off or bring it back.

If your contacts are split between the SIM card, the phone memory and a synced account, finding the right entry can get confusing fast. Save a Web Page as PDF
Recipes, route planners or a step-by-step guide often disappear once you close the tab, lose signal or the page gets updated. Bookmarking only keeps a link, and the offline saving option in the Samsung Internet browser does not always preserve the layout. Exporting the page as a PDF keeps the text, images and formatting stored directly on your phone.
Adjust Always On Display Brightness
If the Always On Display looks too dim or too bright at a glance, Auto brightness might be overriding your manual settings. Samsung ties AOD brightness to ambient light unless you switch to manual control, which can leave the clock hard to read in bright rooms or too glaring at night.
