Add a Keyboard Language auf Android
If your Android keyboard only offers one language, every foreign word gets flagged, autocorrected, or replaced with something you did not type. Gboard fixes this by letting you install several keyboard languages side by side. Once a language is added, you switch between layouts with the language-switch key on the keyboard row or by holding down the space bar.
Each installed language gets its own word suggestions and autocorrect dictionary. That means switching to a second language does not just change the letters on the keys, it also changes what Gboard predicts and corrects while you type.
Menu path
Settings ➔ System ➔ Keyboard ➔ On-screen keyboard ➔ Gboard ➔ Languages ➔ Add keyboard ➔ choose the language you need ➔ Done.
After confirming, the new language appears in your active keyboard list right away, no restart needed. If you regularly type in a language with a different alphabet or a lot of special characters, check whether Gboard offers a matching layout variant on the same screen before finishing.
Adding a language does not remove or replace your existing keyboard setup. If you find yourself switching constantly and losing track of which language is active, it can help to remove languages you rarely use from the same Languages screen instead of adding more.
