Allow Unlimited Data for Apps in Data Saver auf Android
Android's Data Saver mode restricts background data for every app running outside the active screen, even when you are connected to a stable mobile network. Apps like messaging clients, cloud storage tools or navigation apps then delay syncing until you open them manually, because the system blocks their background connections to save mobile data.
Where the exception list lives
Unrestricted data access sits inside the Data Saver settings and lets you exempt selected apps from that limit without disabling Data Saver for the whole phone. Go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Network & internet ➔ Tap on Data Saver ➔ Tap on Unrestricted data ➔ Turn on/off the desired Apps and switch the toggle on for every app that needs background access.
Enable this only for apps you actually rely on for instant notifications or live updates, since every exception increases mobile data consumption. If your data plan is limited, turning off Data Saver completely defeats its purpose - exceptions are the better option because the restriction stays active for all other apps.
