The personal dictionary on Android is a feature that allows us to add our own words or terms that the smartphone may not know. We can also assign a shortcut to get faster access when typing.
Note: It is also possible to save short phrases and assign a shortcut.
If we have activated several keyboard languages, we can choose whether the word to be learned, including the shortcut, should be saved on a specific language or for all languages.

- Tap on Settings
- Tap on System
- Tap on Languages and input
- Tap on Personal dictionary
- Choose a Language or tap on For all languages
- Tap on Add
- Enter a Word and an Optional shortcut
- Tap on Save
