No sound

I had sound for one day. I've tried everything suggested including deleting apps that I downloaded. I can't figure out how to get the sound back. Pls help

Is the sound from apps or ringtones not audible at all? Have you tried different apps?

No text or ringtone, no sound in apps, nothing. I even tried resetting to factory settings. Every setting is correct. I don't know what else to try.

If you even reset the device to factory settings, I would consider a defect. Do you have the possibility to have the device checked?
