Unusual Screenlock

Hi , on my Blackview A8, thereis a strange screenlock that always comes back even when sceenlock is deavtivated, so i have to hold volume up and start/stop button simoltaniously. Quite often by the time it actually works you can miss a call, so do you know of any way to get rid of this?

    Hello and thank you for your swift reply, here is a screen shot of the lock, when I restart the phone and then switch off the screen lock, it's ok for a while but generally when the battery gets to 80% it kicks off again on its own!! So I have to restart again and switch off the  screen lock again....
