Blackview bv5500 power button stuck

Question

I think my power button on my Blackview BV5500 is stuck. As it starts booting up for about a second or 2 the device switches off and reboots again and this process keeps on going untill it drains its battery. As soon as I plug the charger in again it imediately comes back on and does the same process

Hello Marius!

This does not necessarily have to be due to a defective power button, it could be due to a system error and therefore the continuous reboot.

For this purpose, the device would have to be set to the factory settings.
