Blackview 9100, shortcuts problem

Question

Just received my Blackview 9100. I restore and arrange all 100 Apps, some in home screen some in group shortcuts (games - tools etc). When turn off the phone and on again, all Apps are spread on 5-6 screens, as it was when I downloaded them. I need to setup something in the phone, or this is how it works?

Hi poldo.

Normally the device should keep the arrangement of the apps and folders. I would guess that it is a launcher error.

Please try to reset the launcher or clear the cache, which you can find in Settings > Apps & Notific. > Show all apps > Show system apps.
