Cant sign in to BV9100

The BV9100 is asking me for a password to get into the phone but it doesnt pop up the keyboard. The issue is extremely simple however I cant find anything online about this issue, please help

    I think the keyboard was accidentally disabled.

    Please try to start the device in safe mode to reactivate the keyboard.
