I can make calls but I cannot answer calls. I tried several different phone apps with no luck. I swipe to answer and the screen goes black for a second then the answer option appears again.

    Does this happen when the screen lock is activated or also when the device is unlocked?

    Have you already reset the device to factory settings?

    It happens when it is screen locked and unlocked. I did do a factory reset.

    Can you please check the permissions you have been given and if the app can be shown over others?

    I figured it out. I turned off the international roaming. IDK why but it works fine now. Thank you for the help.
