When I use whats app, the screen goes black two minutes in to the call, I can only end when I use the button on th side to bring the picture back so I can end the call.

Can you help please?

    Hello Stellacat!

    The problem should be the proximity sensor, which does not recognize that the phone is taken off the ear again.

    First, you could try clearing the WhatsApp cache.

    If that doesn't help, you could download an app from the Play Store to recalibrate the sensor.
