charging problems

Question

i got my cubot quest lite about 2yrs ago,until a few days ago no problems,i like gaming on it and when battery warning came on i put charger in and it would charge to full while i was playing.Now when i put charger in battery continues to drain down to zero and then takes a very long time to start charging again,sometimes the battery charging light is on and i go to the battery info page it says charging and yet the battery power continues to drop,im not very technical so keep it simple,thanks for your time

Hello, Gary. I think that the battery of the device has just died and that's where the problems come from. You can't talk about a system error in this case, I think. Greetings!
